I am a globe user for more than 4 years now and I am happy before with their service until I encountered difficulties reaching them when I need to speak to one of their CSRs.
Just realized yesterday that it's hard to contact them nowadays. Why?

Because it took me 20+ minutes being on hold before they took my call.
Oh my!
20+ minutes, that was too much!
I have tried to contact them through YM and there's a latency as well.
Wow, that was really unacceptable for a hotheaded like me, hehe. But it is taking too much time from me of course since I needed to stay on the line and hardly wait till someone speak to me since my query is really important.
Sigh.
One more thing is that, after someone took my call she said I was on the wrong line. Wtf?
The recording said 'press 1 for reconnection, press 2 to speak with our customer service ek ek...' so I pressed 2 then it's wrong option/line? Tsk!
As if I can do something huh?
Well, sorry for venting here, I just can't move on. Grrr!
