Goodbye White Heads, Hello iWhite

It's my habit to visit 7-11 store everyday after work, oh well yeah even before I go to work, hihi - and this morning while searching inside their store, I found this iWhite product from Korea that can help us remove white heads and black heads too.

And so I grab a piece of it and pay it to the cashier and went home as fast as I can since I am so excited to use it again.

Yes, again. Why? Cause I was able to use it before, uhmm years ago. Hahaha.

Before bed time, I took it from my bag and tried it out. Put some on my big nose and below is what it looks like on me, haha, not so good but I still have the guts to show it off here on my blog, ganun talaga, blog ko to e, hihi, walang basagan ng trip, hihi.

After 15-20min, I peeled it off from my skin and saw a lot of so kadiring white heads on it, unfortunately I wasn't able to take a picture of it, sorry nemeeeen. But trully, that was so eew and infairness its working ha?

I love it.

I'm going to try it again tomorrow. :)

By the way, it costs only 22 pesos. Not bad!

Happy Independence Day Philippines!

Japanese Spitz Jopay

Since my parents started to love and adore dogs, they adopted a new pet for us, this time it's no longer a lovely shih-tzu like my dearest Brutus.

For the amount of 800 pesos, dad got a pure japanese spitz breed girly pup named Kiray. But my family changed this 2 months old baby dog name into JOPAY. I don't know why but daddy kept on calling her Jopay and so we adopt it as well and started to call her that way.

Jopay is not as lovely and sweet like my Brutus. She's a brat girl with a very snob attitude. But she kept on following us as we walk.

Being a japanese spitz, i've learned that she might be a strict dog who loves to bark with a very high tone and so I am preparing myself for this type of attitude that will came from her.

Though I love Brutus more, I am hoping that I will be able to love Jopay as well same as how much I love the other one.

I am hopin to adopt her attitude as soon as I can.

Sharon (my friend) brought OMG set of nail polish and so we've tried it during our so lovely Sunday shift, hehe.

What I did is I put first the blue polish then I've touched it with black linings downward so it will look like a building.

It's actually cute, too bad can't take a good picture of it.

Brush Your Hair 100 Times Daily!

Have you ever heard a comment saying that you need to brush your hair 100 times daily to make it shine and healthy?

http://www.divavillage.com/article.php?id=39201

Do you think it’s true?
Well, I guess it is, why? Because I’m not brushing my hair that often and the result is a wavy hair that needs salon treatment monthly. Too bad but I always forget to brush it. There are times that I don’t even brush my hair for a day or two – I just use a comb to fix it.

Now I know that it is bad for us ladies and even for men who has long hairs too.

But did you know that a healthy hair isn’t just based on how often you brush it, but also on what type of brush you are using! Yes it is true.

You may want to check it out here and here too.

So don’t buy cheap brushes, find one that suits you and your hair strands for a better you =)

I Survived!!!

Due to Lenten Season, I’ve already experienced being stuck in the FX terminal and commuting from Cubao to Ayala through BUS!

Yes, it’s my very first time I have experienced it and it wasn’t awesome at first but as I think of it from time to time I can’t help but smile.

Thursday, I didn’t know that a lot of people will drive from their homes back to Malolos (where I live) for vacation – yes I know its vacation time but HELLO, that was Thursday and 6 am, I guess too early for commuters.

I rode a bus from Guadalupe to Cubao to take another ride to Malolos, Bulacan – as I reached the FX terminal, I saw a lot of people standing inside (yes standing ovation, I’m talking literally – no seats available inside so there is no way for us to seat unless we’ll do it on the floor, hahaha) – then I still asked the guy there if that was a line for Malolos passengers, and he said YES.

Not having any choice, I stayed there and it took me 5 hours – OMG! Yes, its 5 hours before I reached home.

What an experience.

And this afternoon I took a bus from Cubao to Ayala, its not so difficult so I enjoyed it - lots of walka walka! :p

My Lovely Brutus

I used to love animals especially dogs when I was a kid, it only changed when I was accidentally bite by an askal (term for street dog) and I was crying out loud.

We have dogs before at home, but dad already sold all of them and some died.

Late last year dad saw a shih tzu pup brought by one of our church mates and he felt so envy having a dog again which is so lovely and cute. He decided then that he will get one as soon as possible, haha!

After a month I just saw a post from my sis fb account showing a pic of a little pup and she said ‘my new baby’. I was so amazed and excited so I called them right away and I heard the pup barking!!!!
Confirmed! We already have a pet and his name is BRUTUS – that happened late October and brutus was just 3 months old.

I was so excited to go home that time just to see him. Finally the day came and I saw that little dog. He was so smart and funny, very crazy little one indeed.

At first I was so scared to hold and pick him up, I kept calling one of our family members just to pick him up and bring to me so I can hug him.

Now, brutus is already 8 months old and he weighs 4kg – and he’s more makulit than before but good thing is he’s kind of more matured and lovely. He loves to lick us =)

There you go, meet my lovely BRUTUS ♥

Bye TATAY

It’s been months since the last time I have posted here. Not because I don’t want to but I just wanted to control myself in blogging for the reason that I am not really good in English and it might frustrate my readers, hehe.

The last post I have created was when tatay was on coma and we were scheduled to visit him, I mentioned there that I wanted Lord God to take him away to stop the pain he is encountering, but I didn’t know that it will hurt me a lot now that he’s gone.

Those days that I was there I never failed to talk to him and ask him if he’s ok or what. I never failed to kiss him and hug him each time I have chances to do that. I love tatay so much and I realize that more when I am already seeing his pains. I know how painful is that for him to know that he was already in hospital bed taking meds and eating thru his nose using a hose and I wanted to release those painful moments of him by simply telling him were there to take care of him and nanay.

Tatay was so emotional, he is still crying even if it’s hard for him to do that. His brain is not functioning unless the doctor and nurses will inject a med for his brain. Each time he looks at me his eyes were teary and full of words that I can’t understand and read. I kept on praying for him not to feel the pain.

I still remember that Sunday morning when he was fully awake and wanted to watch Pacman’s fight (he was a big fan of Pacquiao and he doesn’t even want to miss his fights) so I stood up and move his bed so he will be able to watch. He was smiling at me that day and his eyes were full of joy. I didn’t know that it was the sign of goodbye.

That Sunday was the last day I will be able to have a bond with him. That night he encountered his 3rd heart attack. He was shaking all over, I was so mad at the nurses because I kept on calling them and they were not minding me. They kept on telling me that they will go but no one will come. I told tatay to stay strong andjust wait for the nurses to come since I already called them. Finally after 3-5min, a nurse came and she was shock seeing tatay having an attack so she immediately called his co-nurses. They gave tatay meds tried to survive him, and me, I am just holding his hands, his feet and crying.

Tatay survived that night, mom is there hugging him and by 10pm they left. Only me and nanay was left at the hospital.

By 1am, I am just massaging his feet and letting nurses to do their job, suddenly around 1:30-45am, the nurse whose holding the hose and feeding him stopped and didn’t know what to do.

I looked at him and asked him what is happening; he didn’t even look at me and didn’t answer my question.

So I stood up and started to touch tatay on his arms and hand, then a tear fell from his left eye then he stopped breathing. Yes, I saw and heard his last breathe and up to now it is still fresh in my memory. His last breathe the last tear and the feeling of holding his hand.

I still recall those days I was with him, and a tear is still falling from my eyes every time I remember him. He will be missed and I thank God for his presence in our lives. For raising my mom even if she’s not their legitimate child.

Miracle Happens For A Reason

Heart break.

It’s been a while since the last time I cried due to heart breaks.
Yes, I have been to so many heart breaks and this is the very first time I cried non-stop!

Non-stop, as in every time I think of him, I’ll cry – from time to time even if my eyes were tired, I can’t stop it, my emotion is killing me and I need to cry just to release the pain I am feeling inside.

This is too much, I don’t want to lose him but seems like God has a great plan for him. I know he’s already tired. Yes, he is.

There was a time that I told myself, ‘Shy, kaya mo yan. Darating talaga tayo sa ganyang stage, just pray for him’, then the other half of me says ‘no, I cant...I know he will stay and live with us’.

Since the time my mom told me that my grandpa (tatay Danny, tatay taba, tatay) was rushed to the hospital due to stroke, I can’t help myself but cry a river.

with tatay

I am not really close to tatay but I spent my childhood days with him and nanay (I am lola’s girl), but I know that he loves me so much and I love him too ofcourse.

Currently, they were in Aklan, too far from me and it will surely cost me a lot to visit them so I wasn’t able to be with them that often.

So when mom told me about the sad news, I don’t know what to do, honestly. I was really affected. Until the time I’ve found that his doctor told Nanay the sad news.

As per his doctor, it is impossible for tatay to survive so he advised nanay to remove him from the ICU since he was already in coma. Tatay’s siblings were asking my lola to bring tatay back home and just wait for his death which didn’t allowed by my mom and his brother.

nanay, tatay and mom
What they did is they rented a private room for him and let his unconscious body rest inside the airconditioned room.

I fully understand why my mom doesn’t want to bring his father home, they believe that miracle will happen and he will survive. I do have the same wish too, though I am starting to feel strange.

On his 2nd day at the hospital, I called nanay around 3o’clock in the morning just to know if she’s still okay. She answered the phone and told me that she’s just fine and she updated me about my lolo’s condition.

She said that he was in coma, I asked if she was able to talk to tatay though he was on that condition. Nanay said no, cause as per her, tatay wasn’t able to hear her. I told her that there is a possibility that tatay was able to hear whatever she says; she agreed but said that it’s impossible.

Accidentally, nanay called me using my other name (mai), they used to call me that way even tatay. Right after she said my name, tatay moved his foot and leg. Nanay screamed with joy and starts to cry, she said while shouting ‘Mai, gumalaw yung paa nya Mai!!!’ – with surprise, I told her ‘sabe sayo nanay eh, naririnig ka nya!!’ then I started to cry cause I can’t believe that he will move despite the fact that he’s comatose for more than 24hrs already.

Nanay started to shout again, ‘Mai kausapin mo sya dali naririnig ka nya’ – and so I started to talk to him and told him to be strong and were just here for him. I also reminded him my promised that I will visit him again together with my 2 siblings. Nanay was so happy and I really can’t tell how happy she was that time, she told me ‘mai, gumagalaw yung ulo nya, itinataas nya yung ulo nya, umuungol sya! Yung paa nya tinataas nya ulit..’ – upon hearing that, I started to cry again. I can’t believe that miracle is happening right that moment!

Lord God proves me that He is true. He saves my tatay from possible decease.

That morning, around 8:30am mom sent me a text message to tell me that tatay was able to open his eyes, yes, he was able to wake up despite the fact that the doctor says that he can no longer live.

I really can’t believe on what is happening now. What I only knew is that, God granted my prayer to be with tatay during this very heartbreaking situation of him.

Tomorrow, together with my family, we will fly to Kalibo to visit him and extend our love for him. I know that Papa Lord will take tatay away from us soon, but I want to thank Him for giving us this chance to be with tatay.

Looking forward for our safe trip and soon to be an unforgettable bond with tatay.

Whatever will happen these coming days, I will accept it with all my heart. It’s painful, but God knows what is best right?

I will just let Him do what is needed.

Me on my Weekend Shift

Sunday is a typical work day for me, oh!

I actually don’t like the idea of it, but what can I do, I’m just a normal and simple employee of my dearest company and all I needed to do is follow the rule, or else, look for another job :p

I am ready for my Sunday shift ♥

Though I like the last option (kidding, hahaha) it is not the right time to look for another job, I have lots of things to pay and I need money, and you needs it too right?!

Oh well, speaking of a weekend shift, I am starting to love it. I like the quiet ambiance, low volume of calls and minimum number of employees on the floor (I hate crowded places).

Yes, I love it and I lilly lilly LIKE it. ♥

So obvious that I love Sunday, ayt?! Haggard free! =)
