One of the best spas I have visited so far is the LaSema which is located in Makati City.

You will surely love its Korean ambiance.

One thing that I love from this spa is their promo, hahaha!! True!

For only 280php, you can enjoy the 12hrs stay plus their wet and dry sauna which is known as JIMJILBANG in Korea.

Nowadays, Korean style has started to become popular here in the Philippines. You will be able to watch koreanovalas on your local channels, Filipinos who were wearing Korean style clothes, online shops that were selling Korean garments and lately I discovered that here in The Fort (Global City) they also have the Korean store wherein they were selling Korean ice creams and etc that is originally from Korea.

Ouch!

Oh no, I hate back pains!!! :(

It feels like I'm gonna die anytime today.

At first I am just ignoring it thinking it will be gone after 2-3days, now it's affecting even my shoulder, two in one. Oh my :(

I went home late last night, I felt a little pain at the back of my head, I thought it's just because I was tired and sleepy, so I just slept and rest. When I woke up, pain is still there. It's now back and shoulder pain plus headache. Maybe this headache is already caused by the said pains at my back, I dunno, all I knew is that, it's painful and I hate this. It's like killing me :(
